Sequencing - Westmead DNA

Westmead DNA provide a DNA sequencing service to research and clinical groups of the Westmead Research Hub and other institutions within NSW.

Our capillary instrument is able to generate 650-800 bases of DNA sequence data from a standard 2.5 hour run. High-throughput - we are able to offer a rapid turnaround, in most cases, of one to three days.

We're also able to perform genotyping runs for microsatellite and single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) analysis.
